  • How much is a delivery?

    Enjoy free complimentary priority delivery on all of our orders!

    International Shipping Costs are also free for most countries if we have a fulfillment center near your location

  • Can shipping fares be refunded?

    Any shipping costs paid for expediated delivery are non-refundable. If an item is exchanged, the shipping fare for the first delivery will not be refunded. No shipping fare will be charged for the second delivery except if a faster shipping method is requested.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    The Tea Shop accepts all major payment cards. These include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Some of our specialized payment methods include PayNow, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

  • How do I return or exchange for an item I ordered?
